What went wrong is that the IRS insists that you have a PIN to e-file your taxes. Like I am going to do all that work to file someone else's taxes?? I am sure this is fraud protection in some way or another that I should appreciate. And if it actually gave me a PIN based off CORRECT information I might appreciate it more...
